Signature block aspect ratio is fixed, it should allow for the height and width to be changed independently of each other. In some cases, this can be avoided by editing the document that needs to be signed to allow for more space for the signature block. However, in a lot of cases we are using standardized government or trade organization documents with millions of members where it's not possible (sometimes illegal!) to edit the forms.
